Dryer planned for nickel mineral. 
The cylinder is carried out into 3 section of +/- 10 meters each and with an assembly by flanges bolted. 
Thicknesses of the current shells in 20 mm and under tyres in 45 mm. 
Weight of the cylinder 98000 Kgs with tyres and the internal lifters.
The weighs of the girth gear 8000 kgs
The dryer is equipped with : 
-    Internal lifters : propellers as starter and then rights lifters and lifters with 1 fold ;
-    Girth gear z = 176 - M 25.4, of a pinion unit on frame ;
-    Driver unit 200 kw Flender, reducing H3SH513A40 – 1490/36,65 r/min and engine in 200Kw 1490 tr/min – 60 Hz – 480 V – 350 Amp ;
-    Variator speed control Siemens;
-    2 complete frames with support rollers and trust rollers.

Speed in production : 4 r/min.
With note of mechanical calculation of dimensioning with a load of product of 50000 Kgs.
